Giving it a try.

Ok so i have decided to give this a try.. I am not good with writing so be paitent with me. Lets start with today.

Wes is suppose to be deployed right now but wasnt able to go due to a blown ACL in his knee. He had surgery in June. His recovery has been slow and hard but he is coming around and things are looking up. It will still be a few more months before he can return to work but atleast he is home and safe..

Kiendle started 1st grade last week and seems to be loving it!! She is getting so big, it is crazy to think that she is 6 and before we know it she will be graduating high school!

Taiden is doing awesome he has been in a program helping him with his speech and he is doing so much better! I couldnt be prouder! And he finally potty trained!!! YAY!!!

Duke is now 7 1/2 months and and getting HUGE!! I can hardly believe it!! He started crawling about two weeks ago but he was stuck in reverse.. Today he actually got it in the right gear and headed forward!!! Go DUKERS!!! Still no teeth but i think it will happen soon!

We are coming up on the 8th month  anniversary to Gunner passing away, And his second birthday. It seems like it is getting harder as this time approaches. I miss my baby boy so so much!!  We are going to be having a little birthday party for him and release some balloons with birthday messages on them. We are going to do cake and ice cream and have everyone share memories of Gunner.
